The most important part
Lazamar provides the platform. You deal directly with each other.
Lazamar is an advertising and communication platform. It is not the seller, buyer, broker or transaction intermediary. When an advertiser lists an item, the advertiser remains responsible for that item and for dealing directly with interested buyers.

Lazamar = Advertising & Communication Platform
We provide the place to advertise, discover and communicate. The parties themselves decide whether and how they proceed.

What Lazamar does not do
- Lazamar does not sell the advertised item.
- Lazamar does not buy or own the advertised goods.
- Lazamar does not act as a broker or transaction intermediary.
- Lazamar does not receive, hold or process payment for advertised goods.
- Lazamar does not arrange the contract, collection, delivery or completion of a sale.

The buyer and advertiser are responsible for their own transaction.
Any offer, negotiation, agreement, contract, payment, collection, shipping or other arrangement relating to an advertised item is made directly between the buyer and advertiser. Lazamar provides the advertising and communication environment but does not become a party to that transaction. Always verify the item, advertiser, terms and details carefully before making any commitment.
